Last month, adidas Basketball announced the D Rose visit to Manila. The last stop of his world tour, Derrick Rose from the Chicago Bulls will be engaging in various activities with fans and the media, including the Rose Originals Party, Fans’ Day, 3 on 3 Grand Finals, and Media Day.

D Rose fans also have a chance to meet and greet Chicago Bulls superstar Derrick Rose by participating in the Rose Tour Promo hosted by adidas, which runs until August 5, 2013. Every single receipt of  P2,000 from participating adidas stores entitles customers to participate in the raffle draw. 5 lucky winners will get a 3-day all-access VIP pass to the D Rose Tour activities, while 20 winners will get tickets to the Rose Originals party.

Derrick Rose is coming (back) to Manila!

Chicago Bulls superstar Derrick Rose headlines the D Rose Tour, where the 2011 NBA Most Valuable Player visits Europe and returns to Asia for the third time. The latter includes a 3-day visit to Manila, Philippines from September 14-16. This marks the return of Rose since he last arrived in the country for a pair of exhibition games in July 2011.

Inspired by the exciting and attacking on-court play and smooth, understated off-court style of Derrick Rose, fans attending the tours will have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet and have unique access to Derrick through a multitude of premium, exclusive events.

Adidas unveils DRose 3.5 "Chi Town"

Dubbed “Chi-Town,” the colorway represents the iconic Flag of Chicago with amplified versions of its traditional colors. 

“I’ve been all over the world but Chicago will always be my home,” said Rose. “Everybody in this city is so proud to be from here, man. That’s why I love this color of my shoe that me and my fans can wear to represent the city.”

The teal, synthetic leather upper features a rugged pattern to represent the hard working city. The glitter finish represents the trophies and accolades Derrick earned during his high school career in Chicago which includes two Illinois Class AA State Championships, McDonald’s All-American honors and Illinois Mr. Basketball.

The D Rose 3.5 “Chi-Town” drops March 14 in the Philippines for 7995 PHP, and is available at adidas and other sports retailers nationwide.

adidas DRose 3.5 Triple Blue

adidas and Derrick Rose recently revealed the new D Rose 3.5 Triple Blue colorway. The latest design is inspired by Derrick’s intense, focused playing style on the court. 

 

The multi-toned light blue frost pattern on the upper and toe box conveys the coldness of Derrick’s attitude for the competition. The SPRINTFRAME is pearlized and outsole is iced to stand out on the court. The inside tongue patch and sockliner feature the D Rose logo and detailed frost patterns.

The new D Rose 3.5 is now available in the Philippines for PHP 7995 at adidas and other sports stores nationwide.

D-Rose is a nightmare to guard

Dubbed “Nightmare” this limited edition colorway is inspired by an opponent’s mindset the night before facing D Rose on the court.

The purple, “vertigo” shimmer synthetic leather upper represents the bad dreams opponents have about guarding the 2011 NBA Most Valuable Player. Other features include glow-in-the-dark outsole, black and white speckled midsole and wave patterned black and white laces. The inside of the tongue features 12-24-12 to represent the day this limited edition pair drops.

 

The D Rose 3 “Nightmare” drops this December 24 for PHP 7995, and is available at the following adidas stores - Rockwell, Greenbelt 3, SM Mall of Asia, SM Megamall, Trinoma, Abreeza Mall Davao and Gaisano CDO.

Introducing.. adidas' DRose 3 "Brenda"

Dubbed “Brenda” the colorway pays homage to the most important person in Derrick’s life, his mother Brenda Rose.

The red nubuck upper represents her favorite color, and the crackled grainy finish represents Derrick’s upbringing in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago. The inside of each tongue has a close-up print of the D Rose family story graphic featured in the D Rose apparel collection and launch colorways. The left tongue features an inscription of “Brenda” in stylized red script while the right features Derrick Rose’s lasered signature.

The D Rose 3 “Brenda” has been available since November 22 at adidas and other sports stores nationwide for PHP 7995
